In the evening, Julian and his well-trained team take elegant fine dining to a new level by offering an eclectic fusion of exquisitely prepared and presented local and international cuisine. Described by many as an Aladdin’s Cave, Julian’s offers a unique selection of objects d’art, fine art, hand-crafted ceramics and table linen in African and contemporary designs. Julian has trained a team of 20 local artisans in the highly specialised techniques of ceramics and fabric painting. In the well-equipped studio adjacent to the restaurant, this team produces an extensive range of ceramic dinnerware and table linen decorated in African and contemporary designs, highly sought after both locally and internationally.
